NoGi Advanced Our NoGi Advanced program is designed for experienced students who are ready to apply advanced NoGi techniques in a fast-paced training environment. Classes focus on wrestling-based entries, guard passing, leg entanglements, submissions, transitions, positional strategy, situational sparring, and live rolling to prepare students for competition and real-world grappling. Students are expected to have a strong understanding of NoGi fundamentals, train with intensity and control, and help foster a positive, respectful training environment. Whether your goal is competition, MMA, self-defense, or reaching the highest levels of NoGi Jiu-Jitsu, this class is designed to challenge your technique, conditioning, and decision-making while reinforcing our academy's core values of Loyalty, Valor, and Community.
