Lunar Series: Beaver Moon- Build.

About this event

Surrounded by the quieting landscape of Big Cedar Farms, this gathering offers an opportunity to reconnect with nature, community, and the foundations that support us as winter approaches.

As autumn comes to a close and winter begins to settle in, the Beaver Moon reminds us of the importance of creating strong foundations. This is a season of slowing down, tending to what matters most, and preparing ourselves for the quieter months ahead. Rather than doing more, we're invited to become intentional with where we invest our time, energy, and attention.

Together, we'll explore the symbolism of the Beaver Moon through guided reflection, journaling, and conversation before moving into an intentional somatic yoga practice. The movement will encourage curiosity, helping you reconnect with your body through breath, mindful movement, and nervous system exploration. We'll close with restorative stillness, creating space to integrate the practice and settle into a sense of steadiness before the busy holiday season.

Whether you're looking for a deeper connection to yourself, a supportive community, or simply an opportunity to slow down, this evening is an invitation to reconnect with what truly supports you and build a strong foundation for the season ahead.
