This class is the best of both worlds. Begin with an active flow to build heat and focus the mind on the breath and body, then relax in longer holds of seated and reclined poses of the restorative and yin styles. Create balance with this class as you encounter active and passive poses, both physical and mental practices as well as the yang and yin aspects of yoga.
