About this event

Leg Lock Fundamentals Our Leg Lock Fundamentals program introduces students to the principles and mechanics of lower-body submissions in a safe, structured environment. Classes focus on proper positioning, entries, control, escapes, defensive awareness, and the correct application of fundamental leg locks while emphasizing safety and technical precision. This is a non-sparring class, allowing students to build confidence and develop a strong understanding of leg lock concepts through detailed instruction and drilling. Students will learn how to safely attack and defend common lower-body submissions while reinforcing our academy's core values of Loyalty, Valor, and Community.
