Inner Journey Book Club: Untethered Together

About this event

What would it feel like to loosen our grip on the thoughts, emotions, patterns, and attachments that keep us from experiencing the freedom and peace already within us?

Join us for a 10-week exploration of Michael A. Singer’s The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself – a book that invites us to observe our thoughts and minds, release the patterns that keep us stuck, and learn to meet life with greater openness, presence, and inner freedom.

Each week, we’ll read two of the short chapters at home and then come together for 90 minutes of reflection, conversation, and spiritual practice. During our gatherings, we’ll revisit meaningful excerpts from the week’s reading and explore them together, sharing what resonated, what challenged us, questions that arose, and how the teachings relate to our own lives.

When the chapters offer practices or ways of working with our inner experience, we’ll be encouraged to experiment with them in our daily lives and then share what we discover with the group.

Each gathering will include meditation and prayer, creating space to move beyond thinking about these ideas and into experiencing them.

Over our 10 weeks together, we’ll explore what it means to witness our thoughts rather than become consumed by them, work with difficult emotions and habitual patterns, practice letting go, and become increasingly untethered and freer to experience life in its fullness.

* Note: We are scheduled for 11 weeks through Dec 8, which includes room for one makeup session if needed.
