Adult Fundamentals Our Adult Fundamentals program is the perfect starting point for beginners and an excellent place for experienced students to sharpen the basics. Classes focus on learning and drilling fundamental Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques, improving movement, timing, and understanding of core concepts in a structured, supportive environment. This is a non-sparring class, allowing students to build confidence, develop proper technique, and establish a solid foundation before progressing to live training.
