- ➤ Road closures will begin at 8:00 a.m. Saturday, June 21 for the annual Summer Solstice Fest in downtown Blacksburg, with Main Street closed from Washington to Roanoke, Lee Street from Church to Draper, and Draper Road from the Kent Square Parking Garage to Roanoke. Main Street will re-open at 10 p.m. and the other streets will re-open at 12 a.m. on Sunday, June 16. New River Valley News
