Adult Advanced Our Adult Advanced program is designed for experienced practitioners who are ready to expand their technical knowledge and apply it in live training. Classes focus on advanced techniques, chaining attacks together, positional strategy, situational sparring, and live rolling in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Students are expected to have a solid understanding of fundamental Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, train with purpose, and contribute to a positive training culture by helping their teammates improve.
